Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
1. Resident Management
- Ensure proper onboarding and orientation of new residents.
- Maintain cordial relations with all residents.
- Address resident concerns and escalate issues when required.
- Ensure compliance with PG rules and regulations.
- Monitor resident behavior, discipline, and community harmony.
2. Occupancy & Admission Management
- Conduct PG visits for prospective residents.
- Handle admission inquiries and follow-ups.
- Maintain room occupancy records.
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs.
- Ensure maximum occupancy of available beds.
3. Documentation & Compliance
- Complete resident KYC documentation.
- Maintain Admission Forms, Rent Agreements, and Police Verification records.
- Ensure all resident records are updated in RentOk.
- Maintain Gate Pass and Visitor Registers.
4. Food Monitoring
- Collect daily food attendance count.
- Share resident count with the kitchen on time.
- Monitor food quality, quantity, and timely service.
- Collect food feedback from residents.
- Report shortages, delays, or quality issues immediately.
5. Housekeeping & Maintenance
- Ensure cleanliness of rooms, washrooms, common areas, and terraces.
- Conduct daily property inspections.
- Report maintenance issues immediately.
- Follow up until issues are resolved.
- Monitor pest control and hygiene standards.
6. Security & Safety
- Ensure visitor entry procedures are followed.
- Monitor gate closing timings.
- Ensure fire extinguishers are available and functional.
- Report security concerns immediately.
- Monitor CCTV functionality and safety measures.
7. Financial Coordination
- Follow up on rent collections.
- Share rent dues and defaulter reports.
- Coordinate security deposit documentation.
- Maintain room inventory and damage records.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
