We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative design engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and improving product designs, ensuring functionality, performance, and manufacturability. The role demands collaboration with cross-functional teams to bring concepts to life while meeting quality, cost, and timeline objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Design & Development:
- Create innovative designs and prototypes using AutoCAD software.
- Develop detailed technical drawings and specifications.
- Analysis & Testing:
- Conduct feasibility studies, performance evaluations, and risk analyses.
- Collaborate with testing teams to validate designs and ensure compliance with standards.
- Problem-Solving:
- Troubleshoot design issues and propose engineering solutions.
- Optimize designs for cost-effectiveness and manufacturability.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with project managers, manufacturing teams, and suppliers.
- Ensure seamless communication across teams to align on project goals.
Required Qualifications Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial design, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD tools.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes (e.g., CNC machining).
- Understanding of industry standards and compliance requirements.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and creativity.
