Job Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders
- Hire and manage contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams
- Assign tasks and monitor workforce productivity
- Ensure clear communication among all parties
- Source and procure materials and equipment
- Manage supply chain and vendor relationships
- Ensure timely availability of resources
- Ensure construction meets design specifications and standards
- Track project progress against timelines
- Act as the main point of contact for clients
- Provide updates and manage expectations
- Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project
5 to 7 yrs experience in Civil Construction industry.
Qualification: BE or B TECH in Civil.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
