Job Summary
We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist who can create and manage email campaigns to help us connect with customers and generate leads. The candidate should have 2–4 years of experience in email marketing and a good understanding of email tools and campaign management.
Responsibilities
- Create and send email marketing campaigns.
- Write simple and engaging email content.
- Manage email lists and keep customer data updated.
- Create email templates and ensure they follow company branding.
- Set up automated email campaigns and follow-up emails.
- Segment email lists to send targeted emails to different audiences.
- Work closely with the marketing and design teams.
- Ensure all email campaigns follow data privacy and email marketing guidelines.
- Prepare reports on campaign performance and share insights with the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in email marketing.
- Good understanding of email marketing best practices.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with lead generation and customer engagement campaigns.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar reporting tools.
