We at Reinvent Carbon Pvt. Ltd. are hiring a Maintenance Engineer to ensure smooth functioning of plant machinery and equipment. The role involves carrying out preventive and breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical/electrical issues, minimizing downtime, and coordinating with the production team to maintain continuous operations while following all safety standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on machines, tools, and systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in equipment and machines
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules, procedures, and records to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Support the installation and commissioning of new machines or upgrades.
- Monitor equipment reliability and suggest improvements for efficiency and longevity.
- Ensure workplace safety standards and procedures are met during all maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize disruption and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment.
- Collaborate with production teams, management and suppliers to develop and execute maintenance plans that meet organizational goals and priorities
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, schematics and procedures to support maintenance activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in maintenance engineering (typically 2–5 years).
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
