Role Overview:
We are hiring a Store In-Charge to manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory control, material handling, documentation, and coordination with production and other departments. This role is crucial in ensuring uninterrupted production by maintaining accurate stock records, timely material issue, and proper store management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and control raw materials, fabrics, accessories, trims, packing materials, and finished goods
- Handle material receiving, verification, tagging, and proper storage
- Maintain accurate stock records, registers, and system entries
- Issue materials to production as per approved requisitions and production plans
- Ensure FIFO (First In First Out) method is followed
- Coordinate with production, merchandising, purchase, QC, and accounts teams
- Prevent shortage, damage, excess stock, and pilferage
- Maintain store documentation (GRN, issue slips, return notes, stock registers)
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety standards, and organized store layout
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports to management
Requirements:
- Experience in store/inventory management in garment or manufacturing industry preferred
- Basic knowledge of fabrics, accessories, and garment production materials
- Good coordination and documentation skills
- Ability to maintain records using Excel/ERP/stock systems
- Organized, disciplined, and responsible in handling materials
- Good team player with strong work ethics
