Job Title: Quality Analyst (Manual + Automation)
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and passionate Quality Analyst with 2+ years of experience in software testing. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in manual testing along with practical knowledge of automation testing. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.

Roles & Responsibilities-
- Analyze business and functional requirements to understand application behavior.
- Prepare, review, and execute detailed test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, smoke, and sanity testing.
- Identify, document, track, and verify defects using defect management tools.
- Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and ensure timely bug fixes.
- Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback from a QA perspective.
- Develop and maintain automation test scripts for repetitive and regression test cases.
- Execute automated test suites and analyze test execution results.
- Validate APIs using tools like Postman or similar.
- Perform database validation using SQL queries when required.
- Ensure applications meet quality, usability, performance, and reliability standards.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Prepare test execution reports and communicate testing progress to stakeholders.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve QA processes and automation coverage.
Required Skills-
- 2+ years of experience in Manual Testing.
- Working knowledge of Automation Testing.
- Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience in creating test plans, test cases, and bug reports.
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Bugzilla.
- Knowledge of API testing using Postman or equivalent tools.
- Basic SQL knowledge for database testing.
- Good understanding of web and mobile application testing.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications-
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control tools like Git is an advantage.
- ISTQB certification is a plus.
