Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Assist in sorting and organizing patient medical reports as per internal guidelines.
2. Upload patient reports and related documents on the OncoBuddy platform accurately.
3. Maintain and update patient data in trackers and internal systems on a regular basis.
4. Ensure patient information is handled with confidentiality and sensitivity.
5. Support the Patient Care and Engagement team with day-to-day operational tasks.
6. Coordinate with team members to ensure correct and timely documentation.
7. Help in maintaining structured records for easy access and follow-up.
8. Flag missing, incorrect, or incomplete patient information to the team.
9. Follow defined processes and quality checks while handling patient data.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
