In the scope of its Indian entity’s development, we are looking for a highly motivated profile with large set of skills.
Experience / Skills required
Existing relationships with key decision-makers at top developers and builders
Experience in discussing BOQs and specifications with top MEP consultants
Strong relationships with top key architects and interior designers.
Exposure in Retail Sanitary preferred
Experience in wastewater pumps industry is highly appreciated
Good communicator/listener with a good team player attitude
Strong negotiation skills
Should be organized, motivated, self-driven and quick learner
Excellent interpersonal skills with all internal and external partners/customers
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
1. Sales Generation,
a. Achieving Sales Target
b. Identification of Channel Distributors
c. Support to determine which product meets requirement in projects queries
d. Provide necessary support (training, site visits or customer visits) to drive sales
2. Reporting
a. Weekly reporting of activities and meetings
It is to be noted that most of the activity will be spent on the field.
Qualification
Education: Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent
IT skills: Microsoft Office
Knowledge of a CRM is a plus
