We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager from a creative agency or production studio background who understands how to sell creative services and pitch storytelling-led solutions to brands. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, owns the full sales cycle, and can build long-term brand partnerships while working closely with creative teams.
- Identify and engage mid-to-large brands across India including Retail, FMCG, Hospitality, Pharma, DTC, Technology, Lifestyle, Entertainment, and Wellness sectors.
- Build and manage strong relationships with CMOs, Brand Managers, Marketing Heads, and Creative Directors.
- Pitch creative solutions such as motion design, animation, video content, graphic design, and integrated campaigns to prospective clients.
- Lead business development initiatives through LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, industry events, referrals, and warm introductions.
- Own the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation and discovery to pitching, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Collaborate closely with creative and strategy teams to develop proposals, pricing, and pitch decks aligned with client needs.
- Represent the agency at industry events, meetings, and networking forums, both virtually and in person.
- Maintain and track the sales pipeline, forecasts, and client follow-ups to ensure consistent growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in sales, business development, or brand partnerships within a creative agency or production studio
- Proven experience selling creative, marketing, advertising, or production services
- Strong understanding of motion design, video production, content marketing, or design-led services
- Ability to confidently pitch to senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of targets
- Strategic mindset with strong commercial awareness and interest in creative storytelling
- Experience with B2B and B2C brands or a strong network in the marketing ecosystem is preferred
