- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project workflows.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle PeopleSoft Financials.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with designing and implementing customizations within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in financial software applications.
- Familiarity with database management and integration techniques relevant to PeopleSoft environments.
