We are seeking a highly motivated Senior US IT Recruiter with 5–7 years of experience in US IT staffing and talent acquisition. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Boolean Search, Job Analysis, Ciepal ATS, and managing the end-to-end recruitment life cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze job requirements and understand client hiring needs.
- Source and identify qualified IT professionals using advanced Boolean search techniques, job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
- Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment activities through Ciepal ATS.
- Screen, evaluate, and interview candidates based on technical skills, experience, and work authorization status.
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate compensation, and manage offer closures.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers while ensuring timely submissions and placements.
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of US IT recruitment experience.
- Hands-on experience with Ciepal ATS.
- Strong understanding of US staffing models (W2, C2C, 1099).
- Excellent communication, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
