Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining records, handling billing tasks, and ensuring smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update office records and documents
- Handle billing and invoice management
- Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks
- Organize files and ensure proper documentation
- Support team members with day-to-day office activities
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or BA
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Skills:
- Basic accounting or billing knowledge
- Good communication skills
Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
