Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated junior technology professionals to join our technology teams across application development, data, analytics, quality engineering, infrastructure, service management, business analysis, governance, automation, and technology enablement. This role is designed for early-career candidates who are eager to learn, adapt to new technologies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the delivery of reliable, scalable, and business-aligned technology solutions.
Support the design, development, configuration, testing, deployment, documentation, and maintenance of technology solutions under the guidance of senior team members.
Assist in gathering and understanding business requirements, user needs, process flows, and functional specifications.
Work with project teams to build, enhance, test, and support applications, workflows, reports, dashboards, integrations, automations, data pipelines, and service management solutions.
Participate in troubleshooting, issue analysis, root cause identification, and resolution of technical or operational problems.
Contribute to quality assurance activities, including test case preparation, test execution, defect tracking, validation, and documentation.
Support data-related activities such as data collection, cleansing, transformation, validation, reporting, governance, and analysis.
Assist with technology operations, service requests, incident management, access coordination, process documentation, and user support activities.
Collaborate with developers, analysts, engineers, business stakeholders, and support teams to deliver outcomes aligned with business priorities.
Follow coding standards, security guidelines, data protection practices, documentation standards, and internal delivery processes.
Continuously learn new tools, platforms, frameworks, and business processes relevant to the assigned technology area.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
0–2years of relevant experience in technology, software development, data, analytics, quality assurance, infrastructure, service management, business operations, or business analysis.
Basic understanding of software development life cycle, technology delivery practices, data concepts, testing practices
Technical Skills and Exposure
Candidates may have academic, internship, project, certification, or hands-on exposure in one or more of the following areas:
Application Development: Java, .NET, C#, Python, JavaScript, APIs, web applications, databases, Git, and basic software engineering practices.
Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, connectors, workflow automation, and low-code/no-code development.
ServiceNow: ITSM fundamentals, workflows, catalog items, forms, configuration, scripting basics, and platform administration concepts.
Data and Analytics: SQL, Python, data modeling, data engineering concepts, ETL/ELT, reporting, dashboards, Power BI, and data visualization.
AI and Data: Generative AI concepts, prompt engineering, machine learning basics, data preparation, model usage, and responsible AI practices.
Quality Engineering: Manual testing, test case design, defect management, test automation basics, API testing, and quality assurance processes.
Network and Infrastructure: Networking fundamentals, operating systems, cloud basics, monitoring, incident support, access management, and troubleshooting.
Business Analysis : Requirement gathering, process mapping, documentation, stakeholder coordination and reporting.
Data Governance: Data quality, metadata, data lineage, access controls, privacy, compliance, and governance documentation.
Technology Enablement: SharePoint site support, content management, page updates, document libraries, basic permissions, communication materials, training content coordination, and video editing for learning, enablement, and internal communication needs.
Technology Enablement – IT Support: Basic IT support activities including user assistance, ticket handling, issue triaging, troubleshooting common hardware/software problems, access coordination, asset tracking, documentation, and coordination with internal technology support teams.
