Aertrip India Limited is a leading travel technology company offering end-to-end travel solutions, including flights, hotels, holidays, visas, and corporate travel services. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Credit Control Executive to manage receivables, monitor customer accounts, and ensure timely collections.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor customer accounts and outstanding receivables.
- Follow up with clients for timely payment of invoices through calls and emails.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Prepare and share aging reports, collection reports, and outstanding statements.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Operations, and Accounts teams to resolve payment-related issues.
- Ensure timely allocation of customer payments in the accounting system.
- Maintain accurate records of collections, follow-ups, and customer communication.
- Escalate overdue accounts and recommend appropriate credit control actions.
- Support month-end closing activities related to receivables.
- Ensure compliance with company credit policies and internal controls.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Credit Control.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP preferred).
- Familiarity with ERP/accounting software such as Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet collection targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Credit Control, Collections, or Accounts Receivable.
- Experience in the travel, hospitality, aviation, or service industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
