Responsibilities
- Provide personalized financial advice and solutions to high-net-worth clients within and Outside the Treasures segment
- Understand clients' financial goals, risk profiles, to recommend Mortgage products and services
- Proactively engage with clients to review their Mortgage portfolios
- Collaborate with other teams within the bank to deliver a seamless and comprehensive client experience
- Maintain a deep understanding of the bank's product offerings, market trends, and regulatory changes
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Mortgages, preferably in a client-facing role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex financial concepts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with high-net-worth clients
- Demonstrated track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Proficient understanding of Financials
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to providing exceptional client service and upholding the bank's values
