We are looking for a passionate and qualified Special Educator to join our growing team in a remote, work-from-home role. The role offers the opportunity to collaborate with psychologists, program teams, and Special Educators across multiple states to improve the quality of educational interventions for Children with Special Needs (CWSN).
Role Overview
The selected candidate will work closely with our internal psychology and program teams to develop training programs, academic resources, and implementation strategies for Special Educators. The role does not involve one-on-one therapy or direct intervention with Children with Special Needs (CWSN).
A key responsibility will be designing and delivering engaging online training sessions, creating resource materials, reviewing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and providing continuous academic guidance to field teams to ensure effective implementation of inclusive education practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and conduct engaging online training sessions for Special Educators (SEs) across different states.
- Collaborate with psychologists and program teams to develop high-quality training content and learning resources.
- Create training modules, manuals, presentations, assessment tools, and educational resource materials.
- Provide academic guidance to Special Educators on IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring.
- Review the quality of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and recommend improvements where required.
- Support the development of standardized intervention strategies and educational best practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of training methodologies, curriculum, and program content.
- Prepare documentation, reports, and training-related records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth planning and execution of training programs.
- Stay updated with current practices, policies, and innovations in inclusive and special education.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Special Education.
- Valid RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India) Registration is mandatory.
- Minimum 1–2 years of professional experience in special education, educator training, curriculum development, or academic support.
- Strong understanding of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), educational assessments, and intervention planning.
- Experience conducting online or offline training programs, workshops, or teacher development sessions is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi and other regional languages will be an added advantage).
- Proficient in using laptops, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, video conferencing platforms, and other digital tools.
- Strong documentation, report writing, and content development skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment while managing deadlines effectively.
- Must have a laptop, stable high-speed internet connection, and a suitable work-from-home setup.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with government education programs, NGOs, or inclusive education initiatives.
- Experience developing teacher training modules, digital learning content, or educational resource materials.
- Familiarity with assistive technologies and technology-enabled learning platforms.
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, therapists, and education professionals.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,500.00 per month
