# Key Responsibilities
* Team Management: Oversee and mentor sales agents, providing training and guidance to improve performance.
* Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet company goals and drive revenue growth.
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
* Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify market trends, opportunities, and potential areas for expansion.
* Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales metrics and KPIs to assess team performance and make data-driven decisions.

# Ideal Candidate Preference
* 5 to 6+ years of experience in sales.
* At least **3 years of experience in a Team Lead role.**
