Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve the organization's sales and revenue targets.
- Lead and oversee residential and commercial real estate sales operations.
- Drive business development initiatives to expand market presence and generate new business opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance, set KPIs, and ensure consistent achievement of monthly and annual targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, channel partners, and corporate associates.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that maximize lead generation and brand visibility.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate department heads and sales teams to improve overall performance.
- Review business reports, sales forecasts, MIS, and financial performance for informed decision-making.
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales, marketing, CRM, legal, and project teams.
- Oversee customer satisfaction, service quality, and timely resolution of escalations.
- Participate in pricing strategies, project launches, and business planning.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
- Represent the organization in business meetings, client presentations, and industry events.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
