Job Description
We are looking for fresh Mechanical or Civil Engineering graduates with basic knowledge of AutoCAD to join our team. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, detail-oriented, and possess good communication skills to support design and drafting activities across projects.
This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a strong foundation in engineering design and drafting.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare basic 2D drawings using AutoCAD
- Assist senior engineers in design and drafting work
- Modify and update drawings as per project requirements
- Maintain drawing standards and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand design inputs
- Ensure accuracy and quality of drawings
- Prepare basic reports and documentation
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience
- Basic working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Understanding of engineering drawings and symbols
Skills Required
- Basic AutoCAD drafting skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
Preferred Skills (Optional)
- Exposure to site drawings, layouts, or as-built drawings
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
- Internship or academic project experience in drafting/design

Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹16,500.00 per month
