Job Description
We are hiring an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager for commercial and a luxury residential real estate project in Kharar and Mohali. Candidate should have strong sales skills, client handling experience, and good knowledge of the real estate market.
Responsibilities
* Handle sales of commercial and luxury residential projects
* Generate and manage leads effectively
* Conduct client meetings and site visits
* Achieve monthly sales targets
* Build strong customer relationships
* Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams
Requirements
* 2–3 years experience in Real Estate Sales
* 4 wheeler is must
* Strong hold on sales and negotiations
* Good communication and presentation skills
* Target-oriented and confident personality
* Knowledge of Kharar Mohali/Tricity real estate market preferred
