Job Summary:
Responsible for preparing tandoori dishes, maintaining food quality, and ensuring smooth operations of the tandoor section.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare tandoori breads, kebabs, tikka, and other tandoor specialties
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the tandoor section
- Monitor inventory and proper storage of ingredients
- Follow food safety and kitchen SOPs
- Coordinate with kitchen team during service hours
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of tandoor cooking techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Attention to detail and food presentation
- Teamwork and time management skills
Qualification & Experience:
- Hotel Management / Culinary background preferred
- 2–6 years experience as a Tandoor Chef
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
