Key Responsibilities : Account cum Billing Executive.
- Generate and process customer invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and quotations.
- Verify billing data, pricing, taxes, and payment terms before invoice generation.
- Prepare GST-compliant invoices, e-invoices, and e-way bills as applicable.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and dispatch teams to ensure accurate billing.
- Maintain billing records and ensure timely submission of invoices to customers.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and customer queries.
- Record daily financial transactions in Tally ERP, ERP systems, or accounting software.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Process vendor payments and monitor customer collections.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations.
- Maintain cash book, petty cash, and supporting documentation.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare MIS reports, aging reports, and other financial statements as required.
- Support internal and statutory audits & maintain proper accounting records and documentation for audit purposes.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- 2 to 3 years of Accounting /Billing Experience.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, e-Invoicing, and e-Way Bill processes.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ready to work in shifts and late hours, particularly during month-end closing periods to ensure timely completion of accounting and billing processes.
- The role may require late-night working during month-end closing and other business exigencies. The company will provide accommodation support whenever employees are required to work beyond normal working hours."
