VMC Programmer:
Key Responsibilities and Requirement:
· Programming Knowledge about Master Cam
· Machine setup and parameter setting
· Tool selection, offsets, and work holding
· Strong knowledge of Engineering Drawings & GD&T
· Controller Knowledge (Fanuc | Siemens)
· Support Operators and ensure process stability
· Maintain Productivity, Quality, and Safety compliance
· Optimizing the Setting time and increase the Production
Qualification:
ITI | Diploma in Mechanical or Machining with 5 – 8 years’ Experience in VMC setup.
