The candidate will be responsible for candidate sourcing, client visits, workforce coordination, and expanding business opportunities across various industries. Responsibilities Visit companies and business establishments for workforce requirements.
Meet HR departments and decision-makers.
Generate new client leads and business opportunities. Conduct candidate interviews and screenings. Coordinate recruitment and deployment activities. Maintain daily field visit reports. Build relationships with clients and candidates. Assist in manpower placement and workforce management. Promote RX Workforce Industries services.
Eligibility
Minimum 12th Pass.
Graduate preferred.
Good communication skills.
Basic smartphone and internet knowledge.
Willing to travel for field visits. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
