About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Operations Head from the lighting industry to lead our operational functions. The candidate will be responsible for production, supply chain, quality control, and overall efficiency to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee production, logistics, and supply chain management.
- Ensure quality standards and timely delivery of products.
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes.
- Lead cross-functional teams and drive operational excellence.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports.
Requirements
- 5–15 years of experience in operations within the lighting industry.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven track record in managing large teams and complex operations.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
