Job Summary
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the overall operations of Qahwa Restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient restaurant management, food safety compliance, staff supervision, and achievement of sales and profitability targets. The role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities1. Restaurant Operations
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
- Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor service quality and maintain operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards throughout the restaurant.
2. Team Leadership
- Supervise and lead all restaurant employees.
- Prepare duty rosters and manage staff scheduling.
- Conduct daily staff briefings and performance reviews.
- Train, mentor, and motivate employees to deliver excellent service.
- Ensure discipline, grooming, punctuality, and professional conduct.
3. Customer Service
- Deliver an outstanding dining experience to every guest.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements.
4. Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly sales and profitability targets.
- Develop promotional activities to increase customer footfall.
- Monitor average bill value and upselling performance.
- Analyze sales reports and recommend strategies for growth.
5. Inventory & Cost Control
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely ordering.
- Reduce food wastage and control operational costs.
- Conduct regular stock verification and inventory audits.
- Coordinate with the purchasing department for procurement requirements.
6. Food Safety & Hygiene
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Monitor kitchen sanitation and restaurant cleanliness.
- Ensure all staff follow HACCP and food handling standards.
- Coordinate pest control and preventive maintenance activities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
