Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end IT rental operations, including inventory, dispatch, logistics, installation and returns.
- Ensure timely delivery, deployment and support for rental equipment.
- Generate new business and achieve sales targets through B2B client acquisition.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and channel partners.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts and close rental deals.
- Coordinate with technical, logistics and finance teams for smooth project execution.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure high service standards.
- Monitor inventory utilization, operational efficiency and profitability.
- Lead and mentor the operations team while ensuring process compliance.
Preferred: Candidates with experience in both operations and sales within the IT rental industry.
