About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Business Development Executive to generate B2B leads and sales from international markets (USA, UK, Australia, Europe, Middle East). The role focuses on selling IT services including Web Development, Mobile Apps, Cloud, DevOps, AI, and Digital Solutions.
This role is perfect for someone who loves outreach, building relationships, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified B2B leads from overseas markets via LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
- Identify decision-makers and pitch Acqurio Tech’s IT services.
- Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation → discovery → proposal → closure.
- Create and send proposals, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Build long-term client relationships and identify upsell opportunities.
- Maintain sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–4 years experience in International IT Sales / Lead Generation.
- Experience selling IT services (Web, Mobile, Software, Cloud, Digital Marketing).
- Hands-on experience with:
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Email outreach & cold emailing
- Excellent English communication & presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive mindset.
- Good to Have
- Experience working with US/UK/Australia clients.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle.
- Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
