This Position is for one of the leading life insurance companies in India. The candidate must have an experience of minimum 10 years in Sales & Marketing and worked as a Branch Manager in any other insurance company.
Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership & Planning: Develop and implement annual and quarterly business plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets. You will identify untapped market opportunities and expand the branch's presence in the local area.
- Sales & Business Development: Drive sales performance for various life insurance products by managing distribution channels such as agency partners, direct sales teams, or bancassurance.
- Team Management & Mentorship: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of sales managers and insurance advisors. This includes conducting regular performance reviews, providing on-the-job coaching, and motivating the team to meet production goals.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving escalations promptly. You will often personally engage with high-net-worth (HNI) clients and key corporate stakeholders.
- Operational & Financial Oversight: Oversee all administrative functions, including budgeting, cost management, and claims processing. You are responsible for the branch's P&L (Profit and Loss) and ensuring operational excellence in daily activities.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all branch activities strictly adhere to company policies and industry regulations, such as IRDAI guidelines. This includes monitoring persistency, claim ratios, and audit results.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
