Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to lead corporate business development initiatives, build strategic relationships with corporate clients, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, develop key accounts, negotiate commercial agreements, and ensure exceptional customer service while achieving organizational sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement corporate sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify, approach, and acquire new corporate clients through networking, referrals, cold calling, and business meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, procurement teams, HR departments, and corporate buyers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and account management.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value corporate sales agreements.
- Develop and manage key accounts to maximize repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance reports for management.
- Participate in corporate events, exhibitions, networking forums, and industry conferences to generate business opportunities.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and compliance with company policies.
- Mentor and support the corporate sales team, where applicable, to improve performance and productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing or Sales is preferred.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in corporate sales, key account management, or business development.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and acquiring corporate accounts.
