- As Senior Manager, Events & Partnerships, you will own Recruiterflow’s events and industry partnership strategy.
- You will decide which opportunities we invest in, build relationships with the people and organisations that matter in our industry, and turn those investments into meaningful brand exposure, customer engagement, qualified meetings, and pipeline.
- Your scope will include industry conferences, sponsorships, executive dinners, roundtables, webinars, virtual events, media partnerships, associations, and collaborations with industry experts and influencers.

What You’ll Do:

Build and own the annual events and partnerships plan across our priority markets, audiences, and revenue goals.
- Identify the conferences, communities, associations, media platforms, and industry experts where Recruiterflow should have a presence.
- Assess opportunities based on audience quality, market relevance, brand value, access to target accounts, meeting potential, and expected return.
- Lead events from planning through follow-up, covering sponsorship negotiations, budgets, contracts, speaking opportunities, booth experience, logistics, promotion, on-site execution, and reporting.
- Develop a balanced program mix across major conferences, smaller executive events, customer gatherings, webinars, virtual roundtables, and partner-led campaigns.
- Build long-term relationships with event organisers, associations, media companies, consultants, customers, technology partners, and respected voices in the recruitment industry.
- Create joint programs such as webinars, research reports, interviews, podcasts, newsletters, referral campaigns, and event activations.
- Work with Content, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Design, Video, Customer Success, and Sales to deliver campaigns around each program.
- Manage vendors, agencies, production partners, event assets, speaker coordination, travel plans, contracts, timelines, and budgets.
- Track registrations, attendance, target-account engagement, meetings, opportunities, sourced pipeline, influenced pipeline, and return on spend.
- Review performance after every program and use the findings to guide future investment decisions.
