We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to collect, process, and analyze data to support business decision-making. The candidate will be responsible for interpreting data, generating reports, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to improve business performance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets from various sources.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for management review.
- Identify trends, patterns, and business insights through data analysis.
- Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and reporting systems.
- Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with different departments to understand reporting requirements.
- Create performance metrics and KPI reports.
- Support business decisions through statistical analysis and forecasting.
- Automate repetitive reporting tasks where possible.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of company data.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
- Basic knowledge of Python, R, or other data analysis tools is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.
- Understanding of databases, data modeling, and reporting techniques.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
Experience
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
- 1–3 years of experience in data analysis or reporting is preferred.
