The Indian Commis I is responsible for preparing and cooking Indian cuisine while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and kitchen safety. The role supports the Chef de Partie in the daily operations of the Indian kitchen and ensures timely preparation of dishes according to standard recipes.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
