About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and talented Junior Full Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will work closely with senior developers and product managers to build, maintain, and scale web applications. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 0-4 years of experience to sharpen their skills across the entire software development lifecycle, from front-end user interfaces to back-end services and databases.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code across the full stack.
- Develop and maintain responsive front-end components using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and back-end logic.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software systems.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality standards.
- Assist in the deployment and monitoring of applications in cloud environments.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our tech stack.
Required Technical Skills
Front-End :
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+). Exposure to frameworks like React, etc.
Back-End :
Understanding of server-side languages such as Java (Spring Boot), Node.js, or Python.
Database :
Basic knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) databases
Version Control :
Experience with Git and collaborative workflows (GitHub/GitLab).
APIs :
Understanding of RESTful services and how to consume/build them.
Professional Qualifications
- 0 to 4 years of professional experience in software development (internships and personal projects count for entry-level).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive "can-do" attitude.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
