Senior Faculty - IIT JEE (Physics / Chemistry / Mathematics)
Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate IIT JEE Faculty with 10+ years of teaching experience to lead our engineering preparation program. The ideal candidate must possess deep subject matter expertise, a proven track record of mentoring Top Rankers, and above all, a deep-rooted passion for teaching.
Key Responsibilities
Academic Delivery & Pedagogy
- Deliver high-energy lectures covering basic to advanced IIT JEE concepts.
- Simplify complex theories into easily understandable problem-solving techniques.
- Design advanced assignments, daily practice problems (DPPs), and mock tests.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions to ensure no student falls behind.
Mentorship & Strategy
- Mentor top-batch students to maximize their potential for top ranks.
- Counsel struggling students to boost their confidence and performance.
- Develop test-taking strategies and time-management techniques for students. [1]
Content & Curriculum Leadership
- Review and upgrade existing JEE study material, test series, and answer keys.
- Analyze latest exam trends to predict question patterns and adjust curriculum.
- Train junior faculty members on pedagogy and classroom management. [1]
Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation & Experience
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years of core teaching experience for IIT JEE (Main & Advanced).
- Education: A Master’s degree (M.Sc / M.Tech) in the relevant subject is completely sufficient.
- Passion: A genuine interest and deep passion for teaching is mandatory and non-negotiable.
- Track Record: Documented history of producing top All India Ranks (AIRs) in JEE Advanced.
Core Competencies
- Command of Subject: Absolute mastery over Physics, Chemistry, or Mathematics.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and/or Hindi.
- Digital Literacy: Proficiency with digital tools, online teaching platforms, and smartboards. [
