Key Responsibilities
✅ Campus Safety & Security
- Ensure the safety and security of students, staff, visitors, and school property.
- Monitor entry and exit points of the campus.
- Supervise security guards and allocate duty posts and shifts.
- Conduct regular patrols of the school premises.
✅ Access Control & Visitor Management
- Maintain visitor entry registers and ID verification.
- Ensure proper checking of vehicles entering and leaving the campus.
- Monitor student dispersal and arrival safety procedures.
✅ Emergency & Crisis Management
- Respond promptly to emergencies such as fire, accidents, or security threats.
- Coordinate evacuation drills and safety awareness programs.
- Ensure firefighting equipment and safety systems are functional.
✅ Surveillance & Monitoring
- Maintain security records, incident reports, and daily logs.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement when required.
✅ Discipline & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to school security policies and procedures.
- Conduct periodic security audits and risk assessments.
- Train security staff on safety protocols and emergency response.
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree / Equivalent qualification preferred.
- Experience in security services, preferably in educational institutions.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and emergency procedures.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Physically fit and alert.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kollam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
