Field Sales Executive – Dry Fruits & Fruits
Job Responsibilities:
- Visit retail stores, supermarkets, fruit vendors, wholesalers, and distributors to promote and sell dry fruits and fresh fruits.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
- Take orders from customers and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Collect customer feedback and report market insights to management.
- Ensure proper product display and visibility at customer outlets.
- Follow up on payments and maintain accurate sales records.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build customer relationships.
- Knowledge of dry fruits, fresh fruits, and the FMCG market is preferred.
- Basic understanding of sales reporting and inventory management.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Qualifications:
- 10th/12th Pass or Graduate.
- Previous experience in field sales, FMCG, fruits, vegetables, or dry fruits sales is an advantage.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
Key Objective:
To increase sales of dry fruits and fresh fruits by expanding the customer base, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring excellent market coverage.
Pay: ₹9,384.83 - ₹20,000.00 per month
