We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Back Office & Admission Counselor to manage student admissions and oversee day-to-day branch operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, counseling experience, and basic administrative capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, fees, and career paths
- Handle inquiries through walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, and online leads
- Convert leads into admissions and meet monthly targets
- Coordinate branch operations and ensure smooth daily functioning
- Maintain student records, admission data, and follow-up reports
- Support faculty coordination, schedules, and class management
- Organize seminars, workshops, and admission events
- Ensure a positive experience for students and parents
Requirements
- Graduate (any discipline); education background preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in admissions, counseling, or education industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and handle administrative responsibilities
- Comfortable with MS Office and basic reporting
- Target-driven and problem-solving mindset
