Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month depend on experience
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Construction Site Manager to oversee elevator installation projects across Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate will manage complete on-site execution—from civil shaft preparation to final lift installation and handover—ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all site operations for elevator installation projects
- Supervise civil work, shaft construction, and steel fabrication
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards
- Implement and monitor safety protocols on-site
- Track project progress and provide regular reports to management
- Identify and resolve on-site issues efficiently
- Ensure smooth execution from installation to final handover
- Report progress to stakeholders and resolve any on-site issues promptly
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience Required in construction or site management
- Experience in elevator/lift projects will be a strong advantage
- Basic understanding of civil drawings and fabrication work
- Strong team coordination and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple sites and deadlines
- Problem-solving mindset with a hands-on approach
