We are currently looking for a proactive and performance-oriented PPC Executive who can independently manage campaigns, optimize performance, and contribute to scaling paid advertising efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize campaigns across: Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Handle Search, Display, Remarketing, and Lead Generation campaigns
Monitor campaign performance and regularly optimize for better results
Conduct keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis
Create and test ad copies, targeting strategies, and campaign structures
Manage campaign budgets and improve overall ROI and lead quality
Track and analyze important metrics such as: CTR, CAC, CR, ROAS
Perform A/B testing for ads, audiences, creatives, and landing pages
Coordinate with design, SEO, content, and development teams whenever required
Prepare performance reports and share actionable insights
Stay updated with platform updates, PPC trends, and advertising best practices
What We Expect
Candidates should have hands-on experience managing live campaigns inside Google Ads and/or Meta Ads Manager
Should be comfortable independently monitoring campaign performance, identifying issues, and making optimization decisions
Must understand important PPC metrics and how they impact campaign performance
Experience with:

Audience targeting
Budget optimization

Should be able to explain previous campaigns handled, optimizations performed, and results achieved during the interview process
We are looking for someone who takes ownership of campaign performance instead of waiting for constant direction or follow-ups
Good to Have:
Experience in the IT or Digital Marketing Industry
Google Ads Certification or any relevant PPC certifications.
Knowledge of Excel for performance tracking and reporting.
Good understanding of PPC metrics and optimization principles
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Good communication and coordination skills
Bonus points if you Have
Experience working in an IT company or digital marketing agency
Extensive knowledge of Google Tag Manager
Understanding of landing page optimization and CRO
Experience handling international campaigns
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or related field preferred
Proven experience in running and optimizing PPC campaigns
