Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Data Dialer Executive with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in contact center dialer operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Ameyo and Drishti dialers, campaign management, data handling, and dialer strategy implementation to optimize calling performance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and configure dialer platforms such as Ameyo and Drishti.
- Create and manage inbound, outbound, and blended campaigns.
- Perform DID (Direct Inward Dialing) mapping, routing configuration, and number management.
- Create and manage skills, skill mapping, and agent allocation based on business requirements.
- Design and implement dialer strategies and calling logic to improve productivity and conversions.
- Configure call handling logic for No Contact (NC), Disconnected Calls, Call Drops, Busy, No Answer, and Retry attempts.
- Define retry strategies, callback rules, and lead recycling processes.
- Monitor campaign performance, call connectivity, and agent utilization.
- Upload, validate, segment, and distribute calling data.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and performance dashboards.
- Troubleshoot dialer, routing, and campaign-related issues in coordination with Operations and IT teams.
- Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and smooth functioning of dialer operations.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve dialer efficiency and campaign outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Dialer Operations/Data Dialer management.
- Hands-on experience with Ameyo and Drishti dialer platforms.
- Expertise in Skill Creation, DID Mapping, Routing Configuration, Dialer Strategy, and Call Logic Management.
- Strong understanding of contact center KPIs and campaign optimization.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reporting).
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
