About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and proactive junior professional to join our growing team in Bengaluru. This is a hands-on, ground-level role ideal for freshers or early-career candidates with a background in electrochemistry, electronics, or related engineering fields. You will play a key role in supporting electrolyzer operations, procurement coordination, and supply chain management as we scale up our technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the assembly, testing, and arrangement of electrolyzer systems and components.
- Support procurement activities — vendor identification, quotation collection, and purchase order follow-ups.
- Coordinate supply chain logistics — track component deliveries, maintain inventory, and liaise with suppliers.
- Assist with basic electronics troubleshooting and lab-level support for electrolyzer setups.
- Maintain accurate records of materials, vendors, and procurement documentation.
- Research and source electrochemical components, membranes, electrodes, and related hardware.
- Coordinate with internal R&D and engineering teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Support scaleup activities related to electrolyzer configurations and assembly.
Qualifications & RequirementsEducation
- Diploma / B.Sc / B.E / B.Tech in Chemistry, Electrochemistry, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or any relevant discipline.
Skills & Knowledge
- Basic understanding of electrochemistry principles — electrolysis, electrodes, membranes, electrolytes.
- Familiarity with electronics components and basic circuit concepts is a plus.
- Any exposure to electrolyzer systems, hydrogen production, or fuel cells is a strong advantage.
- Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Proactive, self-driven, and able to take initiative with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup or lab environment.
Preferred Background
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Prior internship or project work in electrochemical systems, energy storage, or clean energy is a bonus.
- Local candidates from Bengaluru / Karnataka preferred for quick onboarding.
