· Design Development: Develop innovative mechanical designs for new products and systems, ensuring they meet project specifications, cost targets, and timelines.
· CAD Modeling: Create 3D models and 2D drawings using CAD software (Solidedge, AutoCAD) to visualize and refine designs.
· Prototype Testing: Conduct prototype testing and analysis to validate designs, identifying and resolving potential issues in functionality or manufacturing.
· Material Selection: Select appropriate materials and components, considering factors such as performance, durability, and cost.
· Problem Solving: Apply engineering principles to troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues during product development or production.
· Documentation: Produce and maintain detailed technical documentation, including specifications, testing procedures, and design revisions.
