Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle management and core HR processes within SAP SuccessFactors.
- Experience in configuring and customizing Employee Central modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data migration strategies related to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
