Position: Accountant – Tier 1 Support (Voice Process)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 1 accounting and product support to CPA firms using QuickBooks Online (QBO) through voice interactions.
- Handle inbound customer calls and resolve accounting and product-related queries.
- Troubleshoot issues related to accounting workflows and QBO product functionality.
- Guide customers on product features, navigation, and best practices.
- Analyze accounting data to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience with clear and professional communication.
- Document customer interactions and escalate complex accounting or product issues to the appropriate teams when required.
- Ensure timely issue resolution while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of accounting experience (US, Canada, Australia, India, Gulf, or any other country's accounting).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Experience in a voice process/customer support role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) is preferred.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in permanent night shifts.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
