Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Expert to manage, optimize, and scale paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion optimization, and ROI-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Improve website conversion rates (CRO) and reduce cart abandonment.
- Manage the complete customer acquisition funnel from ads to purchase.
- Allocate and optimize marketing budgets for maximum ROI and ROAS.
- Optimize landing pages and product pages for better conversions.
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, and campaign performance.
- Identify opportunities to scale revenue through performance marketing channels.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and campaign optimization.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable ROI and lead generation.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of sales funnels, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and digital marketing strategies.
