About the Role
A reputed CBSE Senior Secondary School in Bareilly is seeking a passionate and experienced PGT English Teacher to join its academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and experience teaching senior secondary classes in a CBSE curriculum.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach English to Classes IX–XII in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster an engaging and positive classroom environment.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and academic activities.
- Maintain accurate academic records and classroom discipline.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Master's Degree in English
- B.Ed. (Mandatory)
- 5–7 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school
- Experience teaching Classes IX–XII
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
