Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage day-to-day production activities on the shop floor Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule and planning Monitor machine utilization, manpower allocation, and workflow efficiency Maintain product quality as per customer and company standards Identify and resolve production issues, bottlenecks, and delays Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies Maintain production records, reports, and documentation Train and guide operators and workers for better performance Implement process improvements to reduce cost and increase productivity
