Role description
Job Title: Lead I - UX DesignOverview
We are seeking a highly skilled UX Design Lead (Lead I) to drive user-centered design initiatives across digital platforms. This role will be responsible for leading end-to-end UX design, mentoring designers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, engaging, and scalable user experiences aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the UX design strategy and execution across web and mobile applications.
Drive user-centered design processes, including research, ideation, prototyping, and usability testing.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into compelling user experiences.
Create and oversee wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Conduct user research, heuristic evaluations, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Ensure adherence to design standards, accessibility guidelines, and best practices.
Mentor and guide junior designers, providing design direction and feedback.
Advocate for design thinking and UX best practices across the organization.
Work with development teams to ensure design feasibility and implementation quality.
Contribute to and maintain design systems and UI libraries.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.
8+ years of experience in UX/UI design or product design.
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing tools.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Preferred Skills
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Familiarity with design systems and scalable UI frameworks.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development constraints.
Exposure to data-driven design and analytics tools.
Experience in enterprise or healthcare domain (preferred but not mandatory).
